I missed you guys! But I really feel like I’ve accomplished something…well, almost. Only one more final to go and I’ll pocket my second Masters. Don’t cha think I’ve deserved a little treat, like these TINY donuts may be…or something else with sprinkles on top?
I’ve heard that sugar helps to restore all the nerve sells destroyed but the sleepless night! Or have I just made it up…

Between final weeks of school (2 weeks left!), internship, meetings and family arrangements, my life is spinning faster than ever before. So I’m officially taking few days off from blogging to clear my head and get organized! Such a shame, since I have tons of new design discoveries I wanted to share with you all…that if can find them since my place starts to look like in the Alberta Ferretti editorial.
And yes, you guessed right, that girl sleeping with a book is me preparing for the finals.

John Galliano seems to be on fire for the past two years. Every season’s collection from Dior smashes my heart and drops my jaw even lower. Spring 2011 is Galliano’s salute to RenĂ© Gruau, the illustrator whose work for Christian Dior in the forties and fifties created the house’s most iconic imagery.
The graphite smears, pencil strokes and scribbles, erasure marks, and gouache washes of Gruau’s illustrations were duplicated in cloth and embroidery, used, said the designer, “in an illustrative way.”

The collection left me thinking what kind of job should one have to wear this dresses every day, ‘coz I definitely would take it.

I’m a bit skeptic when it comes to Valentines day. Don’t get me wrong, I love treating my honey to a special surprise on the occasion. I just don’t believe in buying gifts, rather than fining a unique way to show your affection. But when I came across a remarkably decadent wishlist put together by 1stdibs for Valentines, I couldn’t help amusing there for a while. Oh ladies, I went all out!
Olivetti typerwriter…anyday!
I know that some smart professionals out there are busy predicting new color trends for the next seasons, but I’ve already selected my new color combo to obsess over. Pale coral and turquoise palette is so fresh and fun for spring/summer time. And both of the colors look fabulous against a bronze sun-kissed skin. Ladies and gentlemen, put your shades on, we are heading towards the summer time!
