Happy extra-day-off people! It feels like it’s the first time after Christmas holidays, that we get to take a breath in and break from the everyday pattern. With some unusual rainy and chilly days here in LA, we’ve got a lot of white mountain tops around…which means that the snow is calling again! I’m off hitting the local slopes at the Mt.Waterman for a day. Hope you all get to soak in the sun and recharge for the upcoming week!

I’m a bit skeptic when it comes to Valentines day. Don’t get me wrong, I love treating my honey to a special surprise on the occasion. And how perfect is the combination of library and dining, I can totally see myself sitting there with a cup of tea flipping though some art book.
I fear I’ll keep being restless until I get something if that magenta hue!

Anyways…HGTV Design Star Show has been accepting applications for the season 5 and January 19th is the last day for the submissions. Good luck to everyone. And while we are all waiting for the new season to air, I decided to put together some of my favorites on the “White Room Challenge”.
Absolutely love the texture created by wood logs and the pop of color of apples. Great proof once again that good des
